Cleveland APL waive dog adoption fees June 23-25
CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – “It’s free furry at the Cleveland PLA” with dog adoption fees waived June 23-25!
Although county license fees still apply, you’ll save $125 off regular adult adoption fees and your new four-legged best friend from the shelter.
Cleveland APL said it was at ‘critical capacity and struggling to provide more for the help it needed’ due to increased numbers of dogs in need during hot weather, among many other reasons.
These dogs need love and wonderful “furry” homes as soon as possible, Cleveland told APL.
“We have so many amazing dogs looking for their forever home at the Cleveland PLA, and some of them have been with us for a while,” said Sharon Harvey, President and CEO of Cleveland Animal. Protective League. “Even though this is a Free Fur All, our team remains dedicated to finding wonderful families for every animal available for adoption. Whether you’re looking for an active friend or a couch potato or a new best friend to four legs in between, our adoption team can help you find your partner! And, by adopting now, you are helping both the dog you are adopting and a dog in need that we can then bring to this kennel.
